A model scale of 1:150 (or 2mm = 300mm/1 foot) is totally workable for '10mm' figs. You can have a Napoleonic voltigeur 10mm tall, a grenadier 12mm, a 6'6" doorway 13mm high, and Napoleon (at 5'6½") 11mm tall.

And then there's a company like Kallistra producing what is sometimes called "large" 10 mm; very pretty they are, but there are those who say they just don't look right with those of other companies. Obelisk Miniatures are also a bit oversized. Some Magister Militum figures (e.g. their ancient Chinese) are closer to 9mm, I think.

Agree with all of this ;)

Arent the early Kallistra really Pendraken figures?
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

A lot of the Fantasy is, they mounted them on strips instead and did some conversions on some of them as well.
