I keep looking at doing WW1 in Mesopotamia, then telling myself not to. Zippees pics may have just tipped the balance especially as you appear to be using ITLSU!

No problem, yep I play ITSLU - it's a bit dated now (compared to newer TFL rules) but gives a good game once you've worked out what's what 

That said my basing is generic enough that although intended for ITSLU, I could use them with almost any other rules (not that there are many to choose form)

Anyway base sizes, this is what I recorded at the time (I always keep a log of bases and paint schemes  )

Infantry   2 figs                   20mm   x   20mm
MGs           1 team           25mm      Dia
Signals   1 team           25mm      Dia
Btn HQ   2 figs             25mm      Dia
Bde HQ   4 figs                   60mm      Dia
Cavalry   2 figs                   30mm   x   30mm
Rgt HQ   2 figs                   25mm      Dia
Artillery   1 gun           40mm   x   40mm
Limber   1 team           20mm   x   80mm

Vehicles probably 40mm x 60mm as that's pretty standard for me but I didn't make a note of it and it's raining so I'm not walking down to games room to measure
