The Cat has gone! No more "miow, miow, miow, miow, burp, miow". No kitchen minefield in the morning (puke and/or poop). I'm able to open doors and windows without fear of being passed by a pushy wimp.

I have learned that one small cat produced a large number of malodorous whiffs, I prefer cleaning up cold puke to warm, and there are far too many types of feline nutrition.

Now he's gone, and the painting table is out. However, first job is to sort out the small lead mountain that has accumulated during the last few months.

I've also put together a couple of Centurions and am amazed at how large, majestic and reassuring they are compared to the tiny T34/85!

In my sojourn I set up a flickr account, but I can't seem to insert photos. Any suggestions? (and keep it nice!)

I also have a confession to make. I may have suggested in a few posts that Pendraken should produce a T35. A little voice suggested that I could order a Minifiigs version ... or ... well there was something about kneecaps. So, given the gentle remonstrating I ordered some T35's from Minifigs. Firstly, the ordering system there is sub-optimal. Secondly, the amount of flash on the product was awful. This though, makes me realise how good Pendraken are and how fortunate we are to have them.

I have bought Minifigs tanks n the past and they are nice but fiddly to build, this was when they were still in southmapton so not sure what there like now
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Modern tanks are huge. I didn't realise.

FSN what size is the centurion (track length and width)? I was thinking of getting one but wasn't sure on the base size.

Thanks

Matt

When the centurion came out, FSN was sent the first piece.

Upon receiving the gift from the dark lords, the beggar cried tears of happinnes wich ran all over the centurion. Upon touching the cold hard metal the tears formed under the centurion, lifting it up from the table putting it closer to the undeserving and cured into an eternal piedestal.

The base size is thus entirely dependant on how much you really want the divine centurion!

We're wargamers ... it's not "artistic license" it's "alternative history" :)

Looking forward to the pics

Was that the one designed by Picasso in his cubist period?  :D
