Good stuff!

Are those our Toldi II's?  There's some more Hungarian armour in the pipeline for us.

Nice to see you gaming in a 'proper' scale Mark  :P ;) ;D

Yes, the Toldis are Pendraken Toldi I posing as Toldi II.
The Hungarian infantry are Pendraken WW1 Germans, with some WW2 Germans mixed in, and MG08/15 for the LMG.
The Turan I and II and Nimrods are Pitehead, and the Ba-10s and T-70s are Magister Militum.

More photos added.

We didn't finish the game, we could have done with another night - it could still have gone either way!

Looks nice.  Out of interest how big is your table?

sultanbev

Table is permanent 5'x7', held up by bookcases, the space underneath holding all the terrain. 16x12' room, holds all my wargames stuff, 800+ books, figures, painting workbenches and pc. With the rules I use for micro that makes the battlefield 2100m x 1500m.

Being a permanent table, battles can be left up for weeks if necessary. We normally do a 15mm Napoleonic campaign on a Monday night, some battles last 6 weeks, but then we might be fighting 50,000 men a side at 1:20 ratio  :) Any gamers in the Lancashire/West Yorks area are welcome to join in. Oh and the local wargames club is 5 mins walk away, on a Tuesday night.

I'm so envious of your games room Mark, talk less of your collection of books :(.

OO OO me me me im west yorks, where are you?  You can help me sort out my battlegroups.
;D ;D

sultanbev

Am in Burnley, only a few miles from the border! Text or call me on 07857 494563 if you want to visit, i have no problem helping sort out your battlegroups. I work from home so most times are okay, or you can join in a game of whatever's on.

Really nice looking battlefield.
Unfortunately I can only see 1 photo (is this because I don't have a facebook account?)

I always loved the Hungarian armour. The Csaba is my favourite armoured car of WW2, always liked the story of how the guy brought the turret to Britain.

Hope to see more pics
cheers
