Well that's them done apart from the varnishing. Not up the speed of mr Speedy painter, but that is them painted and based in less than a week. on all honesty it would have been a whole lt quuicker if I had used a smaller colour pallet.
I will take some photos tomorrow.

Phase 1 completed  Well apart from the varnishing... cheeky B*gger in the shop was charging £10 for a can of GW spray varnish... Well I wasnt paying that so I am looking for other means

the ink on the base is still wet, it will get a drybrush to lighten it.

I am thinking of rebasing them back to the sand colour and add the green wash to that.....

Barbarians finished, well this bnch, got a few more bits and pieces ordered to flesh it ot a bit more:)
crap photo, but it gives you a bit of a clue what they look like, really niggled that they never look as good in the photo as they do on the table....

Trying to keep it going... got on from work at 9.30 so can't be bothered tonight

ell got in from work at 8.30 tonight, and decided I would give the undead  a quick drybrush of necrotic flesh and then leave them... watched 4 episodes of Grimm and got them finished so quite pleased.

once again a cr*p photo buy it gives the effect, actually have only done the fleshy undead, the skeletons will get done when I get some more bases.

Well thats the rest of the undead based... realised I onlly had enough skeletons for three bases also got three bases of cavalry, 3 bases of the giant skeletons and 4 bat swarms.
also found a pile of Afghan command packs so they have also been based, not sure what they will be used for. snipped the flags off to use them as javelin men.

managed to get the armour painted on the Samurai apes too. so getting there

Well that is more fantasy bases with their basecoat green done. I thought it took a long time. When l counted them up I had done 75. I have now painted a cd and written on it as it took me a long time to work out what I had used first time around. Evidently Emerald green with a Goblin green drybrush over a black undercoat.

Undead just about finished......got some wolves that double up as Barbarian war dogs to finish then they can squable over them if both need them at the same time.
apologies for, once again, the crap photo... just cant take them no matter what camera or type of light/time of day.

they are based up for Warmaster so standiin at 910 points so far (dogs included) if I change the skeleton cavalry to  black knights it will bump it to 950. looks like I will be sending in another order soon
