Having some skill and experience in legal matters I think you should be aiming for damages in and around   3 sherbet dips, and packet of half eaten spangles ( raspberry flavour) and maybe the defendant not being allowed to play with his TCR set  for a week

The barman at our collage bar got a box in as a laugh whilst I worked there, sold the lot in five minutes! Always on a constant restock since.

Yep, been there. Put in an offer on the house in August, finally moved in at the end of November. There's got to be an easier way...
