Having some skill and experience in legal matters I think you should be aiming for damages in and around   3 sherbet dips, and packet of half eaten spangles ( raspberry flavour) and maybe the defendant not being allowed to play with his TCR set  for a week

Morning Fenton.

If you are acting on behalf of Mr H, I dont much fancy Sherbet Dips :-& I am however partial to Curly Wurly, Space Dust and Cresta Pop!

Out of interest my wife's Grandfather was the man behind the advertising campaign for Space Dust and Jolly Green Giant Sweetcorn
I don't think my wife likes me very much, when I had a heart attack she wrote for an ambulance.

Cresta Pop and Space dust...part of your 5 a day ( well mine anyway when I was a kid)

I will see what I can do on the Curly Wurly front for you

Curly Wurlys = god fodder.
The barman at our collage bar got a box in as a laugh whilst I worked there, sold the lot in five minutes! Always on a constant restock since.
They were 18p in 1992, then they took the crisp joke off, and the price dropped to 15p!

They used to be bigger and more crumbly  :(

Techno

I told Mrs Techno about this thread, and asked......
"What was your 'toy' that you always wanted ?"
"Oh.....A pony." Was the reply.

I ask you, ladies and gentlemen of the jury to note the use of the word 'A'. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
So how come we've got four of the little 'boggers'......And four more of the somewhat larger variety ! :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
Cheers - Phil.

See...childhood deprivation makes for obsession in later life.   :(

Incidentally, a pony is not a toy.  What plastic crap did Mrs Techno want?   :)

Please don't say decapitated woman's make up head  :o :o :o

I have this morning instructed my lawyers to begin to build the case against Mr N Harwood Esq. for opening personal skeletons in closets and invoking childhood memories best forgotten. I will be claiming for substancial damages brought about by this most heinous of crimes...

I'm going for significant damages Nik! ;D =O ;D

Nosher mate, your solicitor seems to be even slower than the ones 'progressing' my house sale... :-\

Yep, been there. Put in an offer on the house in August, finally moved in at the end of November. There's got to be an easier way...  :o
