O Dinas Powys

Just wondering if anyone can tell me the contents of the pack please?

Anyone got a photo? The Landsknechts seem particularly elusive in this regard!

Cheers,

Meirion

3 poses: officer, drummer and standard bearer, all with those lovely feathers in their hats which are so easy to cast...  :o  :D

I can't seem to find a pic at the moment, although I was sure there were some featured in one of the Painting Comps...

Thanks Leon.

They seem to spend a lot of time masquerading as Warmaster Empire troops. The officer wasn't on that Dogs of War quartermaster's table base was he?  :-\  Have to have a look later.

Probably wont need a full pack for my purposes then, I'll email an addendum when I get my Colours order organised!  ;)

Cheers,

Meirion

Unfortunately not, I found that pic and the chap used the ECW officer on that one, with Landsknecht guards behind him.

We did have a friend of ours who was interested in working with us on some Lansknecht resculpts, but it's not been mentioned for some time now.  We don't have the space in any of the sculpting / moulding schedules at the moment for any extra stuff though!

Cool.

Just noticed the Landsknecht halberdiers towards the bottom, there's a standard bearer, drummer, chap pointing with halberd/bill and bloke doing the tea-pot:

The chap with the bill's also with the artillery in the picture immediately above. Assuming tea-pot's the officer, who's bill?!

Cheers,

That's the picture I was referring to Meirion. I should have been a bit more specific :-[.

Guessed so, just wanted to double check with Leon since he referenced a different photo ;)

Aha, that's them!  They're quite well camouflaged in that lot, but the standard is on the left, the drummer is the drummer (!) and the officer is the teapot guy.  He's actually got a halberd and is leaning forward with it.

All are from landskenete range except the one pointing with his left hand finger (he is 10men hadjuk from polish range).

Landskenete command bring the drummer, the guy with the flag and the guy on the right with the command stuff in his right hand.

Halberdiers in the back row are landskenets halberdiers.

The paint of the pic is far to be brilliant, and IMHO landskenete range are not the best pendraken figures. A revamp or redone will give variety and it would be a great thing!
