VBCW 10mm - artistic licence allowed with uniforms?

I keep having the urge to do a local defence force based on my village, wiith cavalry in fox hunting uniforms, gamekeepers with shotguns, farmers with farming implements, a old tractor converted into a tank and even some chaps dressed in full plate mail borrowed from the Dukes personal collection. Would be a lot of fun.

Give in to the urge Chris . I do like the idea of some chaps in armour as they would look the dogs danglies . Great for some command stands etc.

Trouble is it would be trickey to do in 10mm I think, unless anyone can come up with some ideas for a 1930s tractor in 10mm to convert, and suitable cavalry to be fox hunters.

Look for the "Bob Semple", and some of the Russian improvised stuff, baiscally square/rectangular boxes, with very litte in the way of wheels or tracks showing.

Oh man I need that traction engine for my force. There are 2 working traction engines in the village here!

My village had a workshop during the '30s and 40's that maintained and supplied steam traction engines to the surrounding farms, so I could definitely use a couple 

It's about time I extended my VBCW collection ......
