Realtime Rules AWI

Hi.  Having read some of the posts re. the AWI, I noticed a reference to the Realtime Rules for AWI.

I wondered if I could have some feedback from anyone who has used them re. their playability and what people thought of them.

Also, does anyone know where I could get a copy from.  Hadn't come across them before and never seen any advertised or for sale at the wargames shows.

I have a couple of their rules and especially love, "To the Last Gaiter Button". I haven't tried their AWI game yet.
