How is it quicker to pre-order and collect at a show than it is to order from the website for normal delivery

On the mail order side we aim to get everything cast up and sent out within around 10-14 days.  This can be a little longer when we've got a lot of shows on, or particularly busy periods.

For pre-orders, we ask that they're in with us at least 7 days before the show, to give us time to get them cast up for you.
