Great stuff but what rules to use for so many aeroplanes in the combat?
Nobby's WWI rules.  :D

Just been over to the Widnes Model Shop to do some panic buying before lockdown#2.

Very busy - both the shop and the town.

Would have to say folk in Pembrokeshire have been very good, in not going OTT re panic buying...Tesco's seems absolutely normal, with the exception of seeing  all the people wearing the masks.

Tried this yesterday - Couldn't see any differance in ASDA yesterday, but there were several very large trolley loads infront of me at check out, and people paying in cash. So panic buying was evidenced.

Glasses wearers, the Primark masks seen to be best - a fair few peps wern't wearing one in ASDA though.

All very normal and quiet in ASDA this morning (6.30) and Lidl at 8.00. No shortages of anything and just the normal early birds out shopping.

Standard tesco loo role non-existent this morning at our local Tescos, but a reasonable amount of other types of loo roll.

I could understand this if Covid caused dysentery like stomach problems, but its coughs and lack of taste. Why this means you need 3 time the amount of loo roll is anyone's guess

Loads of fireworks going off last night and tonight as people seem to be having the parties in advance of tomorrow's lockdown.

Techno II

Not heard a single firework this year.

When we HAVE heard them in the past.....they're always very distant.

Halloween here was mad for them. Non stop all evening long. Guessing because no one could have parties and bigger events were cancelled, a lot of people did their own.

The traffic noise on the ring road by us sounds normal, so obviously lots of people still going to work or the school run. It will be interesting to see if it does quieten down more after 9.00am.

This lockdown is not as severe as that in March/April/May. Both my wife and son went to work as normal this morning.
