There is no "I" in team?

There isn't but there's an "m" and an "e" ;)

There was just me. My phone was a) out of charge and b) left in the pub so I didn't get the message my regular Tuesday team mates weren't coming.

It was a local branch of a charity having a night out, and allowing others to join in.
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Think hard, LH, have other people actually seen this alleged "team"?

That reminds me, I need to watch Friday's episode of "Perception".

This perfectly fitting combination of Ziplock containers and Sterlite stacking boxes is part of an effort to make my hobby stuff more portable and also makes me unreasonably happy.

Well March was a good month for me - painting wise. I finished off the entire Norman army (which I spent a fair amount of February doing), and have found the ACW to be a delight to do. Simple and straightforward!

Dunno what happened in Oct 18 though.

Not even I keep a spreadsheet of painting done.

Mainly because there's more interesting things to do with excel

I must admit I keep track of how many troops I have in excel, but not when they were painted

I also started last year keeping track of the games I play

Uh, maybe if I add the pic this might make more sense...

I stand in awe of the organizational skills exhibited in the last few posts. Like LLC, I use lots of ziplock-like containers but in a very haphazard way. Just last week I spent hours trying to locate 20 bases of War of the Roses archers. Went through every container - twice- finally found them in a small Amazon box hand labeled, "Ketchup Packets".

My approach to wargaming and most else these days would best be described as "flailing about".

I have a box, in the box are Pendraken Jiffy bags with the army names written on...

I started recording what I painted because I was aware that I wasn't painting consistently.

What the graph does show is that I take time off work in March ... and paint.

I'm getting better organised. Tidying up my lead mountain and prioritising. My purchases all go into RUB boxes, which are labelled. I have found that the order in which they are stacked shows how popular they are with me.

I have really enjoyed painting ACW, and now need to be disciplined enough to move on. I've got some archers to finish off the Normans, then a complete Arab Army for them to take on.  Then to finish off the other current projects (currently 16 of them).

Other projects that I haven't started yet are: Viet Nam, Indo-China, India-Pakistan (10mm and tiny a/c), 1:3000 Pacific War naval, War of the Roses, English Civil War and Byzantines. I'd also like to do some chariot armies *ahem*, Pendraken chariot armies.

I use Excel to calculate army points. Not just typing in and adding up, but automatically calculating the points for each unit.

For instance my FoG:N calculator you tell it unit type, size,  elan and training, and it calculates the cost. It only allows you to pick options available to that unit. Not only that it loads the correct options for "special" (so for Heavy Cavalry 'Shock' is an available special, but not for infantry). It flags up errors.

It then produces a pretty orbat that can be printed off, as well as another page that tells you how many bases and figures you need.

The last set version has enough pages for 10 corps, and you pick the one you want the oob and figure calc for from a drop down on the OOB page, and it loads that one in.

My sheet for "age of sail" you start by telling it which nation you want, and it loads all the correct options in.

I have a s'sheet that does that.

I'm working on using Excel to manage my ACW rules, so I don't need to throw dice and will have a summary battle report as well.  If this goes OK, I will try and expand to the NApoleonics - which will be a bigger job.
