The 'Tank Transports' are interesting, I've been playing around with something very similar at this end as well.

Foam with 52x32 would be nice, to accomodate BKC bases :p

I originally planned for A4, just because it's a nice universal size, but I also had a very brief chat with Erik at Figures in Comfort, about maybe making them fit one of his foam tray sizes.
