May i ask what system they are based for?

Own one. Bases are 40x20mm, like Warmaster, DBA or similar. 2 Fire and fury bases can form one of these.

Yes, I want to change the flag. Is printed in a very thick paper, and I cannot give any shape to them. I'm goint to print new ones in regular 80gr. paper and change it.

Did you change up the color of the blues in the trousers, or is that just the way the light is hitting them in the shot?

The colour of the trousers looks like fluorescent or something similar 
Don't know why, but my camera don't catch very well the blue colours.
