A stand of dragoons finished for my Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth forces.
Also started six bases of Cossack cavalry, four light horse and four stands of generals for the above force too.  ;D

Finished the wolves, for the Eldritch Vampire army.

Still rather a lot to do with the archers.
At least, this is the last set of bows I'll have to replace in the current Warband armies....Huzzah !  :)

Can't remember when I last painted anything, but this evening I managed to move my butt and paint up 6 test figures for my KR-16 RDF troops. Pretty happy with the results and finished them in less than an hour. Now I know the colours etc, things should move pretty quickly...

Painting back in full swing - Bavarian cavalry and artillery for BBB Froeschwiller completed. Side project of Peter Pig 3mm Shiloh underway with first three test bases of Hardee's corps done and remaining four bases, plus Forrest's mounted and dismounted cavalry underway. Remaining troops plus USS Tyler and siege guns arrived yesterday. I am quite pleased with the results of white primer and AP ink wash, dotted on colours and a final gloss varnish and brown magic wash. Photos to follow in a 3mm thread.

It's a very small thread?

Not quite as small as the 2mm - excellent for repairing emotional scars as it can act very quickly (but, sadly, not in my case).

[Reference to how long I've faffed around with Langensaltza - my emotional scars have long since healed]

Six bases of heavy Cossack cavalry finished last night (apart from the sorting out mistakes bit, with irregulars that can take a night by itself), plus I lost a standard bearers shaft, so had to drill and pin a replacement.

Prussian and Austrian armies have just arrived. There's the rest of my holiday....

Seems to be a bit of negativity floating about at the mo, so to boost  :) my painting mojo has gone into overdrive - all of Hardee's corps finished for Shiloh, plus Forrest's cavalry. All the Confederate artillery primed. And I have a HOW game today and a FOG game tomorrow!

What's with the negative vibes, man? The bridge will be there....
