Need some quick Italian Wars Impetus armies for the club, so dug out my old 6mm stuff, mostly not based but reasonably painted about 2 decades ago for a project that never took off. Had a happy day basing them up on 60mm frontage bases whilst my Langensalza scenery dried. Amazed at what I found tucked away - 8 medieval tents, a stand of prostitutes, civilians for the period, 6 supply wagons, including two beauties from the H and R WOR range, and even a train of pack mules. Anyway, all that glorious gendarme plumage etc. based up so i can run a Pike and Plunder campaign down the club.

Just dug out a load of German armour for my planned '39 campaign. I got a bit of a shock when I realised that my dear wife bought me this shedload of German stuff 8 years ago and I've barely painted more than a few items since then:-[

Primed a regiment of a Light Panzer Division today for BKCII and then base coated and washed some of them. Highlights etc tonight and then more base coating. At least it's a start :)
