2nd battalion of the Uppland Regiment now complete apart from a bit of flock and some tufts. The pikes now sit on their own base in one block, although I've allocated a colour to each company as before.

After a daughter enforced break of five nights (grrr) last night I finished main painting on seven more stands of barbarians, assembled the tusks on a mammoth (Thanks Leon) and got some Dark Elves and Trolls to 'one more night' status!

Trolls, Barbarian infantry and mammoth, dark elf and high elf reinforcements all finished apart from basing.
Rats and wood elves next.

Amhersts, Lascalles regiments and light infantry battalion now almost finished for Quebec, just commands and basing to do.

Also finished a converted armoured land rover for my NUF farmers militia for zombie games

Rats done, dark elf spider herders and barbarian skirmish archers started and finished tonight too!

Finished the second battalion of the Pskovski Regiment. Just got to finish converting my Mk 1 Hurricanes into Mk II Hurribombers for Burma. Then begins the long haul - a complete 14th Army infantry company for the 4th and final part of Kohima. Oh, and half a dozen Japanese bunkers too.

Spent last night painting eyes on orcs and the lidless eye on their shields. That's that lot done, apart from basing...

Wood Elfs gained three stands last night, then four hours later, two A4 box files of bases sand and pva applied.
Next phase planned too. Three more units for my Samurai, and a Prussian 1870 division to finish VIII Corps.

Getting back into the swing of painting and modelling has led to some long overdue AVBCW moving onto the painting table, alongside some scenery for use with my KR-16 forces.

After a losing weekend of WWII gaming, I needed a break; so tonight, after the amazing Mrs Lemmey has flaked out, I painted HMS Ajax, HMS Achillies and HMS Exeter in 1939 South Atlantic colours.
