More progress which is only being halted by the sh*t weather of late and being able to find a window in which to do some more undercoating.

Just spent 3/4 of an hour not painting terrain! First time since September! Pity it was just repairs to stuff for a Flames Of War competition this weekend!

Final squad of ten Bolt Action Commando's finished and the whole forces beret's touched up with the paint that arrived today.

I have now officially caught up with my Bolt Action projects  - everything that was undercoated is now painted and I am awaiting a day warm enough  to get outside and undercoat some 'reinforcements' including:

The last few Commando's to make up my headquarters unit, a couple of universal carriers, a MMG Carrier , a Cromwell, a Churchill, a Hetzer, a Sdkfz 250 with 20mm autocannon, a Pak40 and crew and a couple of squads of Kraut infantry, an MMG and a mortar unit.

I am at the club tonight and its likely that if our resident 'stall holder' is present I could be 'convinced' to part with some more hard earned to flex a bit more Allied Muscle...

Two hours last night saw the start of my December and Christmas holiday project as I sorted and assembled the 1870 Guards Voltigeur division for Volley and Bayonet/Black Powder.

Well as I am locked away in my office working overseas I have had plenty of time to paint over the past three weeks and it has been quite productive.

60 French Napoleonic Infantry
3 Saxon Napoleonic Mounted Generals
3 French Napoleonic Limbers
62 Flames of War Hungarian Artillerymen
60 Ancient Spanish Infantry, for a Carthaginian Army

All in 15mm and all just painted, waiting until I go home before I base them.

Finished the last of my Commando's for Bolt Action - a Subaltern and his Radio Op, a stretcher bearer to accompany my M.O, a 'Drop-short' Rupert and a Universal carrier Medium Machine Gun Crew.

All I need to do to chalk off another army in 2012 is to put the finishing touches to the bases which I am hoping to do at the weekend.

Panzer IIIs and Hanomags up and running for Kursk, except for the decals - and hopefully they'll be here in a day or two. A few stands of Der Führer panzergrenadiers and Soviet guards motor-rifles complete. Next up a whole raft of T34s and T70s, which, along with other bits and pieces, should take me into the new year.

Busy week or so....

Finished painting 108 Spanish Scutari, now they need basing and a wash of Army Painter  Dark Tone, which I will do when I get home for Christmas.

Finished 7 airships for my Dystopian Wars Prussian Empire fleet, 4xPflicht Scoutships, 2xGewitterwolke Bomers and 1xSky Ship Aircraft Carrier.  Also 4xSquadrons of tiny fliers.

On the go, 3 more tiny flier squadrons, a harbor jetty set and city walls for Dystopian Wars....

One more week away with work so should finish this lot!

Between eldest daughter and wife being ill, and youngest daughter celebrating her 6 month birthday by not going to slepp until 2.30, I got an hour's painting done last night, which is nearly as much sleep as I got as well! Now to apply some ink before everyone else wakes up (after youngest waking up at 5:15 and just going back to sleep again at 6:30)!
