First - I think some of these may be re-releases, and second I DONT KNOW what the entire range is.

From memory, there are - Tyhpoon, Tempest, Stuka, FW-190, Thunderbolt? Mustang, and may be a Zero and Spitfire, dont quote me though.

Bought the Typhoon yesterday, for £1.99 in our local model shop, which is not the most cost effective place to buy, probably cheaper from Model Zone.....

The kit itself - basic, with no internal detail at all. The undercarrige is designed to be fitted in the extended position, and is very difficult to fit retracted, needed some considerable trimimng and filing to get the U/C doors into the wheel wells, and had to file the tyres down considerably to get the upper wing to fit. Also had to remove a mold mark which was standing proud at one wing tip. Parts fit ok, but I'd make sure you use a clamp or bulldog clip on the fuselage to ensure no gaps at the nose. The fuselage halves arn't prefect fit otherwise but better than some kits I've put together. The Rokets are individual rkt/rail, and a bit fiddly.

Overall about 1/2 hr to assemble will take longer to paint, it's drying undercaot a the minute. The stand supplied is good for wargames use, and theres no need to glue to it. Thursday will see if it fits a WOW stand......

At the price I'd recomend the kit/kits, although more than one of the same is going to need a hunt for markings,  only 1 set is supplied.

Cheers

Yes, Ian that range you mention sounds familiar  I think this conforms to the Revell policy of removing kits and then after a few years re-releasing them.  I never have been able to detect any pattern  to the cycle.

Under £2 is OK as you don't have postage.   I might even buy a few for the rockets, cockpit canopy and the stand

Two quid is pretty good in my book. The Revell snap-together 144th - admittedly all moderns - go for £5.99 in our local Hobbycraft. Mind you, HC are expensive at the best of times.

Now, if they'd re-release the Oscar and the other Japanese fighters I could die happy.  :-bd
