Dazza, this thread has been a long line of some really grand paint jobs. I really need to finish the figs on my bench so I can get back to my AWI. Oh, if I could only be a bit more productive with my time!

Any chance on a "How to do it like Dazza" sometime mate your samples on your website are the reason poor Baccus is now a victim of Pendraken's and your skill... ;D ;D

Always looking for ways to improve my own talent and would love to know ho you do it mate :'( :'(

Question: There must be some story behind the arrangement of ethnicity in the unit?

Answer: After researching the unit I found that although the 1st Rhode Island Regiment was a mixed race unit it kept the two ethnic groups in separate companies.  Roughly a 70 - 30 split, so I came up with 2 coloured bases and three white bases and added a coloured drummer to the command base.

Dazza, you colors look so crisp, do you prime in black or white?

The minis look great!!  AWI is my next big project and seeing all of the posters minis make me want to stop everything and just do AWI  :D
