FOGs one of those rulesets that lots of people say they dont like but it still sells in thousands apparently and is probably the dominant ancient ruleset (in what is a very diverse market).

But Leon - given that Amazon sell it new for £16 post free  i cant see you being able to shift it at £25... Also, i'm not entirely sure who would be buying it now - everyone who wants it will have it i would have thought.

I would have thought Hail Caesar would be a clearer fit for Pendraken - warmaster mechanics and aimed at large armies with lots of figures (perfick for 10mm)

It's probably something I'd take under the Minibits banner and aim at the general wargamer rather than 10mm specifically, but it would be a concern that Amazon can bang them out at that price.
www.pendraken.co.uk - Now home to over 10,000 products, including nearly 5000 items for 10mm wargaming, plus MDF bases, Battlescale buildings, I-94 decals, Litko Gaming Aids, Militia Miniatures, Raiden Miniatures 1/285th aircraft, Red Vectors MDF products, Vallejo paints, Tiny Tin Troops flags and much, much more!

Mixed opinions then...  hmmm...  Looking around, there seem to be a lot of them available second hand as well, could make it difficult to shift them at £25 a pop.

Yeah sorry old chap, i've already got the full set - Osprey are selling them cheap, got the whole lot for about £70.

As for FoG...we were avid DBM players and switched to FoG a couple of years ago.  Really tried to play it and gave up.  Shelved as rubbish.

Then about 3 months ago we decided to pick up FoGR for our Rennaissance gaming.
We picked up FoG again and now we're totally hooked!

They're a revelation of subtelty in gameplay once you 'get' them.

We're wondering how we didn't see it when we first tried them!

However, i'd say its a busted flush in commercial terms for you old chap since its well established now.  Those who'll want it already have it and as i said the rules can be bought cheap from the publisher...

Where i'd suggest you do go though is that FoG army lists have fixed list 'starter' armies.  You should definately supply the figures ofr a 'starter' army or two.  I guess the problem there though is FOG is basically 15mm... :-\

Bought them, received a few supplements, read them and put them all back on the shelf !!

If you play with someone who knows them then I have heard (from my brother) that they are not that bad. :-$
