Hi Arsenus

I had an idea of doing my own solo campaign but in the end I bought a complete software system that includes rules, maps and the ability to import your own maps from Computer Strategies.

I didn't get any further with designing my own campaign but I did have a look at loads of sites on the web that might be of help to you and some of which are free. I believe a system called Berthier might be suitable for your needs http://delyall.tripod.com/berthier/berthier.html It is also free!

Unfortunately, most are written in English but I believe there are translation sites on the web that will convert the text for you

Here are some other sites which might help

Battle Chronicler might be useful too - have a look here:

Thanks to you, guys!

Hexographer and Battle Chronicler are the best stuff, I think!

Tonight, I will post my first BatRep with Battle Chronicler and I will use later Hexographer for a campaign!

You may have to fiddle around with BattleChronicler: Its really designed for Turn by Turn WD style batreps (Side A's move, then Side B)

Tip - save army lists for future use!

This is what the maps look like

I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Bit of a bummer that Battle Chronicle only being for PCs and of course I use a map (and even get lost on this sometimes).

I haven't tried this (yet) but I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to copy map into paint and then import this into battlechronicler. ;)

Sorry folks, that should read MAC - I'm actually pretty good with maps, having just negotiated the Lyon transport network.
