No, I play and paint all year round but I also hillwalk, canal cruise and do other interesting things such as battlefield walking at home and abroad Wanted to put a photo in here but I'm old and can't work out how its done.

Just push the reply button, and the Posts Reply window appears.  On top you see the subject line, message icon, the edit buttons and the edit window where you enter your text.

Just below that on the left is the additional options menu: click on it and it will unfold. 
You will see the six option checkboxes, and below that the attach entry field.
Click on the browse button to its right and select the image you want to upload to the page.  Make sure the picture is smaller than 128 kb, and that you attach no more than 2 pictures.
Hit the preview or post button as you do when you post a reply without a picture and presto.

Or you can bung your pics into photobucket or flickr and then add the link from there - in photobucket you get the direct link below the pics. Simples.
