Napoleon never actually visited France.

'Sharpe' is a fly on the wall documentary made by embedded reporters

The Confederate soldiers in the ACW dressed in grey because colour photography hadn't been invented, so they didn't see the point of dyes.

Nik doesn't paint figures at all - it is an ongoing Pendraken in joke to fool newbies.  Those pictures are actually re-enactors that are photoshopped.

The Germans only fielded Tigers and 88's after 1943 - all other tanks and guns were withdrawn.

1 in every 10,000 Pendraken models is an exact life size copy of Leon.  You can tell if you have one, as it is slightly shorter than the rest..

Brazilian troops did fight in WW2 (in Italy if you don't believe me).  However most rules only let you deploy them as a thin strip in the middle.

Cold War Commander has stats for all US presidents from 1945 onwards.

"Battle of the Bulge" was filmed on the original battlefield.

Women find wargamers a real turn on.
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

I'm going to claim a WIN here.  Never having met the crew, as far as I knew Leon was 7ft and towered over a tiny Dave.  Seems I touched a raw nerve... ;D ;D ;D

I thought it was because black and white TV was invented before colour. As a kid I was convinced that Man U played in grey.  #-o

From memory the one time they did wear grey they got well and truly dicked by Southampton I think it was and spent all season moaning that they couldn't see other against the backdrop of the crowd. Says it all about Manchester really - drab, dreary and grey - a bit like Ferguson but less wrinkly and more sober ;D
