Wednesday's game vs Scarlet. An all out assault from both sides. Scarlet with a nine panzer force, 2 88s and multiple artillery and air points, vs the 139th trying out their new Lend Lease armour, Valentines and help from artillery.

As always a great write up. Thankyou. Inspiring what can be achieved with relatively small forces.

Playing Recce is a game within a game in BKC. But the results of mastering it can be significant.

Do keep the reports from the front coming, and superiors (well, the office tea lady) back at Whitehall are taking note of Antrobus' progress.

It was a good game, always a pleasure playing Will,
he is a Gentleman, and always helps me with the rules.
My only moan is that my dice were cursed  :'(
I did suspect some sort of witchcraft on Will's behalf,  :d
but I think it was one of those nights.  :(
I look forward to our next encounter.

Very nice.

My British have to tackle the Italians first in 1940-41 before moving onto the German menace 🙂.

Upside, lots of cruisers (A9, A10, A13) and 25pdr, downside, more Mk VIB. Some Matilda II might end up supporting the Indian brigade that needs painting.

The might of Italy stands ready with M11/39s, M13/40s and, lord help them, L3 tankettes.  More usefully there is a reasonable amount of artillery.
