Poor Coordination

Not sure if this has been asked before

In the Russian (and other lists), there is an entry for 'Poor Coordination'.

how does this apply; the type column are, for example INF:LI, INF:SI - do these count as different types and therefore -1 from command

or is just the the first three characters, so INF only is ok but INF and ART would be at -1 from command

Hi there
It is the INF bit that is the primary driver.
So INF:LI can be ordered with INF:SI and even ENG:INF.
INF:AT or INF:MO are also included in this grouping. This should allow you to replicate historical command structures.
