I am putting together various figures to make an HQ element and would very much like a generic Napoleonic set with generals, either bare-headed or with bicornes standing around looking at a table with maps, another looking through a telescope and some grumpy bloke sitting in a chair wearing a greatcoat and his arms folded. To accompany this set there would be a tent complete with camp fire and a tree stump or two.

Is this in the 'one true scale' - 10mm or some other 'heretic' scale?

I follow the true faith.
Are there other non 10mm figures?

I've never seen a bicorne looking at a table!
I don't drink coffee to wake up. I wake up to drink coffee.

SCN-TNT-6 for the tents
NDW11 has a nice pointing officer, NPB15 for a telescope.
DUN FUR5 for a fire

It's all there if you look for it.

Yeah, but I'm too lazy to look for it...
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

I am drawing a blank about the seated grumpy chap.

Perhaps you could do something with a coach driver?

I'm suggesting using a figure from Pendraken's range of coaches, rather than an illicit liaison with the local bus crew.
