Portuguese army pack

This army pack could be better. The 2 different packs of command will be too many for most peoples basing and the unused command eats into the saving

Thanks for the feedback, the two packs of command are only half-packs there, so it's 30 overall command figures in the army pack.  The other Naps packs contain a single half-pack so we could lose one of the packs?  Would people prefer to lose the stovepipe or barretina command?

I would not care as long as they are all the same. Probably the later stovepipe cover more of the conflict
