The talented Chris Grau has been putting his brush to our Late Roman range and showing off these excellent Clibinarium sculpts!

These can all be found over on our website here: https://www.pendraken.co.uk/late-roman-547-c.asp

Lovely stuff, sadly I have far, far, too much 15mm to even contemplate a move to 10mm. Otherwise . . .

Wow, a blast from the past. First figures I ever sculpted- rightmost figure in ALR2 being my first complete sculpt. ARL3 is a single figure as he was my first go at a cavalryman. I see lots of things I wouldn't do now, and a couple of things I'm surprised I managed to do (plumbatae for instance), but for a first attempt, I think this is a nice range.

That notion in itself is important, as had this been a disastrous mishmash, I'd probably have given up on sculpting. Whether that was a good thing or not, like the famous misquote about the French revolution; it's "too early to say".

Great paint job of some lovely figures!
