David Warner, former Chancellor of the Klingon Empire and the "There are five lights" Cardassian torturer in TNG. Did work quite a bit outside Star Trek, notably Titanic and the Omen. I still remember him as the weary ADC in "Cross of Iron".

And Paul Sorvino, Paulie in "Goodfellas" and a host of mafia types in movies since. Also played Henry Kissinger in Oliver Stone's Nixon apparently, though I've not seen it.

Oh! David Warner was one of those actors who turned up everywhere and never failed to give a great performance.

Particularly chilling as Capt Sawyer in "Hornblower".
