GRF 61 in WW2 German range- query??

Putting an order together and noticed this figure. He is described as a radio operator, but the pose looks more like a command figure/Officer/NCO ??

Definitely the wrong figure for the pose as as you say, he's a command figure. I imagine the pose should be more like GRF17, but with padded coat.

Perhaps Leon can identify the figure,and get put in motion the process to get the correct image up ?  Not a priority  .
