I'd like to buy a haircut.

Goodness knows when I'll be able to do that.

Cheers - A very scruffy git.

Yes I'm almost at the point of letting my wife take the clippers to it! I normally don't like going for a haircut but now that I cant,. definitely could do with one.

In other news one of my three packages has arrived. The starting packs for an early imperial Chinese project and a Trojan War one.  :D

Mine goes curly after it gets to a certain length, and is now starting to look a little like an Ommpa-Loompa's (from the 1971 version), but without the green colour.

Mine's permanently curly....But it's now reaching down to my collarbones. X_X

I know Von wouldn't even try and cut mine.....She gets me to trim hers at the back....But that's it !  ;D

Cheers - Phil :)

Duke Speedy of Leighton

I'm doing a comedy hairstyle a day on faceache.

I did just drop 30 quid on a 1990s Citadel Blue Dragon, as I always liked the sculpt and it will be a fun challenge to paint it properly and use it in Dragon Rampent...

Is that the same one I painted brown recently?!

Which reminds me, I have more stuff to photograph for show-and-tell...

Bought a pair of 'official' D&D5 fighters so I can use one as my cleric - he has a translucent, flaming sword 🔥
They've just escaped from 2-months in lockdown in a post room - which is apt since the cleric started the campaign imprisoned in a drow slave-camp!

You'll be able to recreate some of those classic, mid-to-late-eighties, WD mug-shots again soon  ;)

Magister Militum or Newline?

Newline, got a pack of Han halberds and a pack of Mycenean spearmen. Once I get a few painted and based will likely do a bigger order of one of whichever I feel more drawn to. Currently leaning towards the Chinese. Can cover the late Warring States, Qin rebellions, Chu-Han contention and Xiongnu wars with only a little bit of tweaking.  Maybe at a push the Three Kingdoms, but by that point they'd pretty much abandoned the dagger-axe spears so would need a different configuration. I've some Mongol horse archers based up already as part of my crusades forces so with a few additions could make a Xiongnu army pretty handily if I get tired of Chinese civil wars.

Mine pretty much just grows straight, in another week or two I may be able to tie it back or go for a mini man bun, whatever it takes to keep the fringe out of my eyes. I've occasionally resorted to using a hairband when cooking or baking to keep the hair out of the food! It's bad enough that our diet is already mostly dog hair without adding human hair to the mix too.,

Despite my feelings toward fantasy games, I must say that dragon's a beauty.
