At my current rate, I'll only get to the 20,000 sometime around the middle of June next year. (I think  )

By that time, you ought be somewhere around 21,400, Will.....So I don't reckon I'll be pestering you to get to 25,000 for a while yet. 

And what a let down it'll be if nothing happens at 25K......Will it be a Duke ? 

I think the Earl title has been missed out.

Anyway, as I'm officially a commoner (True....We have common grazing rights here at Techno Towers.... I have the right to graze 6 cattle on the common.*) I've already been promoted way beyond my station.  )

According to the deeds of my house, I have the right to take animals down the drove road to Aylesbury market. Other than walking a dog up and down I haven't exercised that right yet, but I keep getting tempted to borrow a couple of sheep or a pig and give it a go sometime.

Mind you, as the 200 yards or so that run behind our street is the only bit of the old drove road not built over, it will be a short walk!
