Hopefully moving into a new flat at end of month. First time I've rented alone. I need to buy everything.

Its all the good side of being a wargamer - planning purchases, working out lists, deciding on what I need for where, with none of the down sides - painting figures, talking to Orcs.
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.
