Surprisingly amongst my regular wargaming opponents, and there are considerably more than four, there isn't a single Dave. Similarly in my walking group there is no Dave.

Depends on how you pronounce Davina [McCall].

For me it D'Vina. Sounding like De-Vina. But I'm Northern, so maybe others will pronounce it more Dave-Eena.
