We put some pics up of the Borodino game that these guys ran last year, well this year they've moved on to Dresden with a massive 54,000 on the table this time.  We dropped off another 15,000 Brits and Allies, so there might be some even bigger games to come!

Nope, should divide by 30. ( if you ignore the fact cavalry comes in packs of 15)

54,000 / 30 = 1,800 * 4.95 = 8,910 :o :o :o
Although I suspect they might have got a slight discount ;)

Like being in a book store with 54,000 separate titles on the selves - it makes my head hurt. :)
Can't deny the massive effort that went into this (and what's good for Pendraken is good for us).
Encumbered by Idjits, we pressed on

And to think I can have eh same amount of fun, playing the same battle with 12 elements (bases) of 2,3,or 4 figures per base with a game of DBN! I think I'll stay with DBN! But that is sure a lot of painting to do - I am pretty sure they spray painted them to get that many figures done!!!! ;D

This to me shows the beauty of our hobby.I represent a unit with 4 bases of 8 models. Others use 30 per base, others make units of 500.

And guess what: We can all have a great time!

And although It's not the way I organise my games, I can still say it's a stunning view!
