How many radios did a non mechanised German infantry company have at the start of the war and how did this change if at all? I think it was just one for the company commander.

To the best of my knowledge none all communications were done by field telephone, how ever the Artillery op's that may be attached to the company would have their own radios and field telephones

None until 1943 when 2 were issued soon increased to 4 according to the paper organisation.
