Hello,

I'm starting a new period, which is ECW, and being the world's slowest painter (yes slower than you) would like to get some figures painted to speed up my time to an actual game. I'm thinking about asking someone to paint the ECM Royalist army pack. Do you have any suggestions for a figure painter?

Thanks, John

Yes, I think Womble's got all the names I know of.

I can't paint with the pressure of a commission job (I've tried), so I'd be no good.

I have four of GWs first Space Marine figures bought from Games Workshop in Hammersmith a couple of days after they were released. They're still not even undercoated. Tell me again how slow you are at painting :)

I loathe painting but love the results and can't bear to use figures someone else painted - go figure!

Best of luck finding a painter, there are some amazing ones out there.

Although he has some reputation for not completing commissions.

Yeah, those painter's who do commissions should work to a code of ethics.

I've heard stuff about that L. da Vinci. I wonder what his code is?
