anyone know of a good accurate model of the Alamo either 10mm or smaller

Can't really comment about accuracy (looks vaguely similar when comparing it to a google search for an aerial view!), but Irregular do a 6mm one: http://www.irregularminiatures.co.uk/6mmRanges/6mmScenics.htm

Old Glory have a 15mm scale one - probably too big for what you are looking for though.

I'm not sure that OG model is accurate. I thought to the left of the church building was fairly low walled cattle pens.
