Now there's a post war conflict topic that evoked a run on Wikipedia  as Forum members gen up !

You learn something every day on Pendraken.

Yes, Spain versus  the unfriendly natives. I am always looking for wee wars that (i) translate to the table and (ii) means that I can recycle existing armies.

The Spanish circa 1957 resemble WW2 Wehrmacht  with American AFVs.  The airpower is like something out ofThe battle of Britain !- For figures and vehicles ,WW2 and SCW types will do nicely.

And, curiously, much of it appeared in the film of that name some years later!

Never mind the forgotten war, in my case it was the never heard about it war...
Sometimes I wonder - why is that frisbee geting bigger - and then it hits me!

Put it in the search engine and check out the images - its really weird seeing "German helmeted "infantry with US and post war kit.

It also gives figures a new lease of life when one gets tired of rear guard actions on the retreat to Berlin!
