My Order?

Hi,
On the 2nd of this month I e-mailed an order via the 'Contact Us' button on the main page. After seven days I'd heard nothing back so I e-mailed again to ask for confirmation that my order had arrived at Pendraken's cave. Again there was no reply.

Okay I thought maybe they're busy with the prep work for Salute, too busy even to send a confirmation e-mail?

So, I waited 'til after Salute and e-mailed the order again on the 18th, its now forty-eight hours and I still haven't got any reply.

Its now been eighteen days since I originally e-mailed in my order and I've not even had a confirmation of it arriving, what's gone wrong? Usually you guys are pretty efficient about replying to orders so what's different now?

Have you checked with Steve Webb to see if he got the order instead?

Have to agree it's not like Pendraken. Hopefully just caught in the Salute event horizon.

The poor sod! However I doubt that's the problem, yet no ones answered apart from you and i normally get such good service...perhaps they all went out and drank the profits!?

Hi Dave, apologies for not getting back to this thread earlier, just logged in now.  Unfortunately we've not had any emails through at all, I check the spam folder everyday as well and there's nothing in there either.  I'm not quite sure what's happened to your messages, the Contact tab has been working fine from what I can tell, we've had various messages coming through it as normal?
