Great looking game, and an interesting "what if..." thinking about doing a similar thing myself. :-bd

Good looking game, good write up. More to come?

I'm still trying to work out what to do next, as I was not expecting James to do so well.

There was a revolt in Wales, there are stirrings in the north and midlands and the mob is rioting in London as usual  ;)

Will William opt for diplomacy or try to out manoeuvre James and link up with the Welsh rebels and hope more may rise up against James?

And what of Scotland, Ireland & France?

Happy to hear your suggestions

Excellent, when do the highlanders appear ?
Don't buy your daughters a pony, buy them heroin instead, its cheaper and ultimately less addictive.

Definitely need to get Ireland and Scotland involved!

But can William bypass James and connect with the rebels?

Maybe that's the next game, can William break out?

Any suggestions for a playable scenario, I've not played a game like that before?

James throws a cordon around William's position, but does not know William's next move.
William has to pick a point to assault, limited reconnoiter is allowed.
James then has to react, can his units arrive in time to plug the gap, or will William barn-door James' formation?
