Ok so yesterday I did the Hessian Jaegers and guns.  Last night my unit of Hessian Infantry.  I decided to do all the units on standard 6 bases, you know nice even sets.  The original British have 5 bases and as I start today on my next British unit I have added six extra grenadiers to finish the first unit

Thank you all for your encouraging comments.  I had not though to enter the competition because I don't have any flags for these guys. :o  The competition I believe ends on the 29th, next Monday.  I would like to get 2 or 3 more units on the board by then to make it a decent entry if I did.

With that in mind I think I might do a unit of Militia, cavalry and perhaps British lights to round it off.

Anyway in the meantime here are some pics of the Hessian Infantry.  Hope you enjoy.

Cheers,

They're very good. Why not enter the Hessians in the pre-C20th unit category.;

Rimmer: "Aliens."

Lister: "Oh God, aliens... Your explanation for anything slightly peculiar is aliens, isn't it?

Rimmer: "Well, we didn't use it all, Lister. Who did?"

Lister: "Rimmer, aliens used our bog roll?"

Leon,

Excellent went and checked the site and now I know my figures are Pendraken figures.

So I can now say I really like the Pendraken 10mm.  They have excellent detail and are very easy to paint, no guess work.

I got my British finished tonight, but didn't get around to basing.  Will do that tomorrow then can start prep work on the Cav, militia and lights.

Having recently completed a Pendraken AWI project I can confirm your figures definitely are all Pendraken :)
I think I have painted all you have shown so far as part of my project

They are wonderful sculpts aren't they, a real joy to paint :)

It is good to see you are human, the rate you were producing these was incredible ;) ;D
