I do find myself wondering how much time I've actually spent reading stuff here as opposed to having the connection open.

I often have the page open, behind the scenes as it were, so I can check if anything new has been posted when I'm passing by the computer. But I'm not actually looking at the site all of that time.

Having amply proved elsewhere that I am slow on the uptake I thought this meant that in twelve days time you were hosting a Hussar forum
(Apparently an annual event?) and we should just "hit it" - you know - go there - except I didn't know how!

I have 2d 12h 13m which I think means that if I don't actually close the window on my iPad the meter keeps running.
