Onslaught do some very, very nice 6mm sci-fi.

There are some not Chaos Cultists. Some Oh No ... these, no definitely not tyranids. Some absolutely not Dark Eldar ... never heard of them. Some Oh, so these ... what did you call them? ... Tau .. have battlesuits and drone too do they? Some Sisters of Battle ... no these are The Sisterhood! Plus the Tzacol who would give the Necrons a run for their money.

Just less than an hour!

Onslaught make some very nice not Epic stuff, I've got a lot of their stalkers for my Tyranids. And several of my mates of lots of others of their ranges. Dark Realm Minaitures also make some very nice 6mm stuff too.

Better not say more, might be too tempting...

Last Friday's game, this was the setup:


"Your sages have discover that the Mad Mullah Akbar the Grey had discovered the Great Goblet of Effervescent Goodness and hidden it in his desert tower.

You must escort a team of Mages to ransack carefully search the tower to recover the Goblet before anyone else does so."




The sides were Empire vs High Elves. And this was the situation after the first Empire turn.


The Empire forces have crested the hill, while the Elves failed lots of command rolls...


This was the end game - the Empire forces have totally cleared the Elven right flank. Their Wizard got to the tower, but not with enough time to escape again.

It was a good game - the new home brew rules are working well.
