Chain of Command AVBCW List

It is based of the excellent work that has gone before, duly credited, and is slightly biased, with regards to support options, to the figure ranges available from Pendraken.

The supporting force rating calculations and Master Arsenal Table additions are linked from the main document (they are on Google Docs too).

This is very much a personal project but I thought I'd share. Any and all comments welcome.
