Been looking at Warpath as well

From a couple of test games it would work well at 15mm or smaller rather than28mm
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Damn, I'm thinking Laserburn, not laser storm! I'm assuming you want something more skirmish, more Aliens than Starship Trooper...

I'm not actually certain. I'm quite drawn to the FWC scale of one base = one squad or vehicle. Much as I'm a skirmishes at heart, 4 figsures on a 50 x 20 base are so much quicker to produce.

If you're more into skirmish Micheal at Angel Barracks has a nice set of rules KR16 I beleive but Nick also has some units for them painted up on his main page Junkers are what they are called.
I also placed a breakdown on your other thread about the make up of weapons in a modern British unit.

I presume its a sign of the times but that QRS looks scary now

Cheers Neil!

And yes, a twelve page "QRS" is a bit terrifying :D

I've always had a soft spot for Epic: Armageddon. Felt those rules were some of the best.

Of course, what I should have done was search for "alien" on here, because then I would have found the following:

To make matters worse, the new issue of Miniature Wargames is now in the shops, so I'll have to order a back issue.
