Orange - "We have issues."

Tried to send a mail with a pic attached to Leon, regarding a question I've got on the Wood Elves.

Server won't recognise my e'mail addy from Live Mail.
Tried a few times....Same error message every time.

Phoned Orange/EE.....Oh yes, we know we have a problem to Hotmail & Yahoo.....(Leon's mail is BT.....Told them)
"Can you send an email to yourself ?".....Tried....Still same error message......
"Can you try ?........"
"No ! If you know you've got a problem, I'm not spending time on a semi premium rate number to test things out for you !......When's it likely to be fixed ?"
"Er...Maybe 24 hours."

W***ers !

At least I can still get onto the net.....So that's something !

If I need to, Peter, I'll use one of my other 'mail accounts......If I can remember the passwords. 
Alternatively, I'll use Mrs T's Hotmail account.

What is completely beyond my 'ken' is that the Orange website 'recognises' me, if I want to look at that.....But Live Mail through Orange has gone completely pants.

I THINK it's working again, now.
