To misquote the Beastie Boyz...
Leon very kindly made me some Sabots for my existing fantasy figures. The plan is to fill the outside blanks with new Warband figures as they become available, so starting off with Goblins and Barbarians.
Some bases such as Big Jason's chariot and the War Mammoths will be entirely rebased, the rest just pop exactly into the holes in the Sabot.

I like the idea of adding a few extra figures to the sabot base.

Hard bit was trying to keep the formation the figures had in the first place.
Easy with goblins as they're a mob! The Dark Elves et al will be harder as they are in ranks.

What size are  the holes in your sabot bases? Are they 6x3cm. IF fo they could be perfect for my bases too.

Bodvoc, they are indeed 6x3, which Leon kindly cut for me. They work brilliantly.
I decided to rebase the single figures I had to go with the Warband basing scheme.
I did order them with an extra 10x5 bottom layer, which I was going to glue underneath, but instead I've used magnetic sheet under it, and because they are such a perfect fit, it works brilliantly without being a massive double layer of bases.
