hi guys I'm a newbie...... Have started collecting the 10mm ECW and love it. Unfortunately over the last 2 or 3 orders there has been the odd bit missing.
Can anyone suggest how to get them, I have sent 2 or 3 emails and haven't had any luck getting the missing bits or even an answer. I've been a member of pendraken since 2010. What do you suggest??

First up, hi and welcome to the forum.

It's a little sad that you've had to "delurk" because of this. Pendraken are usually top notch on the customer care front. I suspect that it may not be much comfort to know you are the exception not the rule.

However, I'm guessing your post will alert Leon to the problem and that he'll be along shortly to try and sort things out. He does tend to be around  late at night.

Hi and welcome. Loen and the pendraken team are absolutely brilliant

Hi and welcome to the forum.

As the othres have said  it is VERY unusual not to get a prompt reply from Leon.  There have been some fairly major shows in the UK recently, so the team would have been very busy.

Service from Pendraken is normally excellent.  I am sure Leon will pick this up and sort things out for you. Leon tends to work late night early mornings UK time

Thanks guys, yes I have been in the background a bit. I am from down under so things do take a while down here. I must say that usually I end up with plus one's in pendraken packs. Just a bit of bad luck with the last few orders.

As the others have said. I'm sure Leon will sort things out for you.  ;)

Dear Mr Foe,

Do you read NME?

I'm sure it's just the Dark Lord's cunning way of getting you to announce yourself on the forum - tease you with the odd missing wheel - and a mighty good thing too! May you have a long a fruitful stay.

Nope, haven't been to Thailand and haven't read NME....!!!! Am I missing anything?

Hertsblue

Hi Friendorfoe. Welcome aboard.

No, I've never been to Thailand or read NME either, so we have something in common there.  :)

Is the joke NME - enemy - foe, or am I completely on the wrong track? Anyway welcome FOF. As everyone else has said Leon will sort this out, as he always does. As you can see from the 'things come in threes' thread, Pendraken have had a few mishaps recently.

Hi Friendorfoe and welcome to the Forum!  Apologies for any mistakes on your recent orders, I'm afraid we've not had any emails come through to us at this end?  Can you let me know what was missing, either on here, or by a Forum PM, and we'll get everything sorted out.

Leon, g'day mate.
Yes I'm missing a couple of wheels for medium artillery 4 wheels for the limbers and 8 horses to pull the limbers, in the 10mm ECW range.
I already have another order in with you.
Many thanks to all the other guys for their welcome and advice.
